About LJ University
LJ University (Lok Jagruti Kendra University), run by the LJK Charitable Trust, is one of Ahmedabad's largest private universities, with institutes covering engineering, pharmacy, management, computer applications, architecture, design and commerce. The 14-acre L.J. Campus sits on S.G. Road at Sarkhej, between Sarkhej Circle and Kataria Motors.
The campus anchors the southern end of the S.G. Highway corridor, and students who do not take hostel accommodation typically stay in Makarba, Ghuma, Prahlad Nagar, Vejalpur and the Bopal belt, all a short highway run from the gate.
