PG Junction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
PG Junction is an online platform that provides information about Paying Guest (PG), Hostel, Co-Living,
and Rental Accommodation properties. The information displayed on the Platform is provided by
property owners, managers, operators, representatives, users, or publicly available sources.
PG Junction does not own, operate, manage, control, inspect, verify, endorse, or guarantee any PG,
Hostel, Co-Living Space, or Accommodation listed on the Platform.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not warrant or guarantee the
accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, availability, pricing, facilities, amenities, photographs,
descriptions, location details, vacancy status, rules, policies, or any other information displayed on the
Platform.
Users are advised to independently verify all information before making any decision.
PG Junction is not a party to any agreement, transaction, booking, payment, rental arrangement,
tenancy, or accommodation contract between users and PG owners/operators.
Any dealings, negotiations, payments, disputes, or agreements are solely between the user and the PG
owner/operator.
Room rent, deposits, maintenance charges, food charges, electricity charges, and other fees displayed
on the Platform may change at any time without notice.
PG Junction shall not be liable for any differences between displayed prices and actual prices charged by
the PG owner/operator.
PG Junction does not guarantee the safety, security, quality, hygiene, suitability, legality, condition, or
compliance of any listed property.
Users are responsible for conducting their own inspections and due diligence before choosing
accommodation.
Facilities such as Wi-Fi, Food, Laundry, Housekeeping, Parking, CCTV, Air Conditioning, Security, Power
Backup, Water Supply, and other amenities are provided by the respective PG owners/operators.
PG Junction shall not be responsible for any interruption, deficiency, failure, misrepresentation, or non-
availability of such facilities.
PG Junction shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or
other damages arising from:
• Inaccurate property information
• Pricing disputes
• Property availability issues
• Security incidents
• Theft, loss, or damage of belongings
• Personal injury
• Misconduct by property owners, staff, or residents
• Accommodation quality issues
• Food quality concerns
• Service deficiencies
• Contractual disputes between users and PG owners
Users must independently verify:
• Property ownership
• Property condition
• Rent and deposit terms
• Available facilities
• Security arrangements
• Locality and accessibility
• Legal permissions and compliance
before making any booking or payment.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. PG Junction is not responsible for the
content, privacy practices, services, or actions of such third parties.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless PG Junction, its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates
from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from the user's use of the
Platform or dealings with PG owners/operators.
