About JG University
JG University, established in 2019 under the Gujarat Private Universities Act, is sponsored by the Ahmedabad South Indian Association (ASIA) Charitable Trust, which has run educational institutions in the city since 1965. The university offers programmes in management, commerce, computer applications, science, design and allied health on its Drive-In Road campus at Thaltej.
The Drive-In Road belt is one of west Ahmedabad's best-served student neighbourhoods, with PG inventory across Thaltej, Bodakdev, Memnagar and Gurukul all within a short ride of the campus.
